Start-of Summer Updates

We have exciting things to look ahead to as the summer starts. Make sure you take your instrument home!

Fourth of July parade:

Fourth of July parade rehearsals will take place from 6pm-8pm on June 22nd, June 23rd, and June 25th. Percussion will rehearse from 5pm-6pm on those dates. The Fourth of July parade will take place July 27th. Call time is 2pm in the OHS Band Room.

Band Camp:

Band camp will take place from 8am-3pm on July 27th through July 31st and August 4th through August 7th. Mandatory post-camp rehearsals will take place from 8am-11am on August 11th and August 13th.

Stay With It

Our band students enjoyed a truly successful year this year. Students, keep it going by practicing your instrument at home this summer. Make sure you practice music from the packet that was given to you before the last day of school. It contains the music we will learn for the Fourth of July parade and band camp! You can use the "Recordings" resource on the band website to help you.
