Friday, September 11th Performance
This week, we will play Clear Fork at home. Here is the Friday Night Timeline:
September 11, 2026 - Home Clear Fork
Band Room Opens; 4:45 pm
Call Time; 5:45 pm
March to Stadium; 6:25 pm
Pregame Starts; 6:45 pm
Game Ends ; 9:30 pm
Rides Ready; 9:45 pm
Band Room Closes; 10:00 pm
Saturday, September 12th Performance; North Royalton Band Festival
Itinerary:
Band room opens; 3:45pm
Call time; 4:30pm.
Buses depart; 4:45pm.
Arrive at North Royalton: 6:00pm.
Warm-up; 6:15pm
Step-off for stadium; 6:35pm
Move out of stands; 7:36pm
On-deck; 7:48pm
Performance!; 8:00pm
Concessions; 8:30pm
Group performance of “America the Beautiful” and plaques; 9:48pm
March out of stadium; 10 pm (we will be the first to march out!)
Depart from North Royalton; 10:20pm
Arrive back to band room; 11:40pm
Call times:
Our call time (in your seat, uniform on, instrument loaded) for the festival performance is 4:30pm. The band room will open at 3:30pm. Buses will depart at 4:45pm. The bus ride will be approximately an hour and 15 minutes long. Please plan accordingly.
Spectator info:
Our performance time is 7:45pm. Here is the spectator information sent out by the North Royalton band director. Please note that the North Royalton band director has stated performances normally run ahead of schedule. We will be the fourth band to perform.
Food:
The concession stand will open to our band after our performance, at 8:30pm. The North Royalton band director has given each band a specific time to purchase food from the concession stand so as to control traffic flow. Our designated time is 8:30pm, or immediately after we perform. Students are expected to purchase their own food and will not be allowed to purchase food from the concession stand outside of this time.
Dismissal:
After the conclusion of the performance, we will wait to be dismissed by the North Royalton band director. Our band is to be dismissed first.
We will leave the festival at approximately 10:20 pm; please plan to have rides ready at Ontario by 11:40pm. .
Music:
As well as performing our own halftime show, our band will participate in a group performance of America the Beautiful with all participating bands, after all bands have performed.

Our regular season (which started the first week of band camp) has been going for seven weeks. We are halfway through, with six weeks left. Hang in there, and enjoy it while it lasts!
